Silly Us...... hahahahaha :)

You people wont believe what happened... hahahaha. After opening up that Mac, its keyboard and mouse stopped working. Although we knew that it was not a big thing... but we still didn't want to take things in our hands anymore (we already dared a lot) hehehe. So we issued a ticket for the IT department, the IT person came and he found out that..... the keyboard was disconnected from the USB extension cable... hahahahahaha. Can you believe that!! We never thought about the simplest solution of a cable getting disconnected... so anyways... its working perfectly now!!
